The College of Postgraduate Studies has reminded admitted applicants to complete registration by Monday, 4 May 2026. Lectures for the main group of programmes are scheduled to begin on Monday, 11 May 2026.
Timely registration allows the College to confirm class lists, allocate teaching spaces and help students receive the correct timetable before the semester begins. Applicants who have not completed the process should report to the College with the required academic and identification documents.
Guidance for Public Health students
Students enrolled in the Master of Public Health programme began lectures earlier, on 27 April 2026. They should report directly to the College of Postgraduate Studies to confirm their timetable, teaching venue and any outstanding registration requirements.
The College advises candidates not to rely on unofficial schedules. Students who are uncertain about their registration status should seek confirmation from the Registrar’s office before attending classes.
Completing registration on time is also important for access to departmental communication, course allocation and assessment records. Students are encouraged to keep copies of all receipts and registration documents and to report any discrepancy as early as possible.
Applicants travelling from outside Juba should allow enough time to complete administrative steps before the first teaching week. Where a student cannot attend in person, the College should be contacted directly for guidance rather than relying on third-party information.
